Australian Solar Timbers is currently promoting it’s beautiful Heritage grade range of hard wood timber flooring.
AST Heritage grade gives an authentic, truly natural looking floor in appearance that highlights our unique and beautiful solid Australian hardwoods at their best. AST Heritage grade has the benefits of longer average length, greater consistency in product volumes and offers a competitive one grade stock option. AST Heritage grade is graded to Australian Standard AS2796.2 and is best described as Feature Grade and better. AST Heritage grade is an all grades in production that includes Light, Moderate and Feature grade and their respective natural features. Individual boards may include a combination of all or only some of these grade features.

STICK MARK NOTICE - Tallowwood and Pearl Beech - March 2012
AST Tallowwood and Pearl Beech ® will continue to be graded to the Australian Standard (AS2796.2) with the exception of Stick marks. AST will continue to reject boards with visible stick marks at the time of production and packing, AST cannot guarantee that stick marks will not appear as they can be undetectable until after laying and finishing. AST therefore will not accept claims on stick marked flooring from the floor laying process onwards.
